I had placed an order which needed to be reprinted due to an error. I received so much help from Mahak Goyal and Dan Parkes who were able to resolve the situation in less than a day. When you receive such customer service it builds trust. I would not hesitate in recommending Mixam and will definitely use their services in the future.

Excellent service, very reasonably priced. Lovely quality on flyer/posters I've just received. Can't fault them, the posters arrived on time, very well packaged, and really go the distance with a customer after an inital hiccup where I couldn't get the order to confirm. Will be ordering more from them asap.

What a brilliant service!
Special thanks to Dan Parkes who wouldn't permit me to get my books printed until the intricate cover design was perfect.
I've just taken delivery of 32 copies (29 of which will go to Australia and New Zealand) and am delighted with their quality.
The whole process, from my first tentative submission to receipt of the books took just over two weeks.

the ability to freely edit your files and organise them, I only ordered a single art book but received 2. The service was great. good communication with the company, as they inform you at each stage of the printing process and keep you updated on any changes needed or improvements

The service was excellent and my order was fulfilled very quickly. The software was a bit frustrating on my iPad, maybe it will be better on my Mac which I will try next time. The reproduction of my images was a little “flat” perhaps because I selected uncoated paper.

Uncoated paper allows the ink to sink into its surface, which means the colours may not appear as vibrant or deep as they would on coated paper.

Very reasonable prices, particularly when ordering in bulk. Had 20 small photobooks created for little over £50. Looking at that price, you may assume there would be a drastic compromise in quality, but this wasn't the case! Very happy with how the books came out.
If I had to make one complaint, I would say that the 'design online' feature needs some work. Images can be quite difficult to align, and I ran into an issue where submitting new images would reorder some of the ones already placed on the pages. However, this wasn't a huge issue.

I have tried to use this company twice for printing and both times I have has been notified my coloring books would be over a week late. This would be beyond my deadline in both cases.

We do advise that all of our delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. While we strive to meet these timelines wherever possible, there are occasions where delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Due to orders being custom/bespoke products, once they have been sent to print, we may be unable to cancel the order if they have been printed, however I can see on both occasions we were able to intercept these and you have been refunded in full.

Your on-line formatting made the pre-press preparation easy to follow. The finished printed product was superb, much better than I anticipated. I was very impressed with the quality of print from Mixam and the speed of service. I ordered a variety of materials for a business show and was very happy with how well they came packaged and delivered. One of the posters was delivered damaged, but I spoke to Chanel at Mixam and she was very quick with helping with the issue and re-sending out the poster free of charge. Will definitely be using more often!

I needed to print off my photo book for my university final project, and the quality from Mixam was amazing. The website was easy to use and when I got stuck on figuring out the bleed part for my documents, I found that Mixam has a YouTube account with some videos helping with different things to do with using their site. And the pricing was half the price of other printing places I look at.
